  1.

. . . and then monitor this website for injuries so you can "clean up"

And take only 12 credits, make it so you take all classes and labs lumped into 2 or 3 days a week. Then hang out with Suckbm, and wear your josh derned seatbelt!

    Suckbm,

Do you have my leavenworth u stole from Duane or brown book you stole from Painter? Well, okay, sounds like a deal to me. Ryan gave them to me, they were Terry's before that and someone else's before that.

  2. Kevino,

You can have all my hexes if you want, I don't use 'em and they just take up space.

You should also get a part time job at an outdoor store so you can buy all the stuff pro deal.

How is track? Boy, you sure were lookin' good the other day.

    ;)

  3. Mike, you didn't really like the area we live, West Seattle, Ballard is more in the city & next to the clambering gym. Living in the city is a friggin drag, but I agree live in the place you'll be spending the most time in so you can stay outta the General. Papers have the same ads as Craigslist.

You should live on Capital hill, you would fit in really well there, and you won't have any problem picking up any transgender crossdressers.

  4. Someone stole my draws off king of the ruins in vantage sometime in the past week. They were obviously project draws, not gear left behind when someone bailed. If the person responsible would put them back up, or at least set them at the base, that would be appreciated. Either that or any information on who took 'em. I'm just pissed that someone would jack my stuff, totally a bogus move. They were up for less than ten days, tops.
This isn't Chris or Mike is it? Regardless, sorry about your draws, I hope someone does the right thing.

Kevino, I think I have one of your draws. I won't mail it to you, but I have it.

  6. I find myself going through some weight problems. Before I hurt myself I wasn't in super shape, but I could climb most things I wanted to. Now I'm trying to at least get back to where I was if not in better shape. My main problem is when I was climbing trees for work diet was never anything I ever thought about. Now-a-days my pants are kind of tight and my scale weight has gone up; I have seemed to have dropped a bit of fat percent, but it's still higher than I want it.

Exercise for me consists of strength training my physical therapist gave me. I have added in some pushups and sit-ups. I am getting better since I have mostly advanced from pushups from the knees to the regular kind (at least mostly). After that I go for walks. The highlight there is a set of stairs coming up from a lower street back to my neighborhood. I used to do 2 laps of this longer walk, but I got board with repeating the total distance, so now I just do several laps of stairs and only one long lap.

Can anyone suggest some additional exercises I should add to all this. Obviously due to my injury I can't do anything too crazy; for example I tried a pull-ups but that's not going to happen for a while.

Jen's thread got me thinking about my situation

Kurt, don't be so hard on yourself! You went through a traumatic injury, and you are not done healing. You have been a rock star!

I have found, though I am not comparing myself to you at all, that even though I can hobble around and walk that even though it looks as though I can do the stuff I did, that walking with crutches takes a lot out of me, I do not know when to stop until I am in a world of hurt. I am proud of myself for working so hard even though it is super frustrating because I just can't do shit.

I cannot give you any advice, you are doing really well though, you are good at healing.

When I was in the brace for a long time, after I got out I weighed myself and I was down to 105, which is strange because I looked fatter in the mirror than before, I am finally gaining muscle back, but it is hard to be patient and work slowly.

  7. Ouch man,

I have this in my lower back from impact. Try getting the doc to write you a Rx for an ultrasound at a PT. I have a couple questions for you; how big is it, and does it hurt to the touch? When someone touches my back, it is very painful and my body involuntarily convulses, I don't know if it is just nerve damage or from bursitis, what does yours feel like? Does it make you feel like singing in the rain?

  8. who knows? One person's "grudge fuck" might be someone else's "sport fucking"...who are you to judge?????

It is super weird to talk about your sex life on the internet though.
