The dad is likely one do give him a good swat at home, and probably would prefer to do the same in public since the key to successful discipline is consistency. After years of not really being sure what the difference is I think I have found my definition finally. IMO conservatives care about themselves only. And Libera’s try to take care of everybody. For example: I work with this total right wing nut case, (I like her as a person) she hates Obama for many reasons but one thing she said was “Obama wants to nationalize health care”. I responded by saying what about those without healthcare. She responded “if you want health care, go get a job”. I also live near a serious republican (who is a good friend) who told me the other day he was not in favor of OR and WA building a new bridge over the Columbia River to ease bad traffic, basically he works in Vancouver and rarely goes into Portland and does not want to pay for something he would not use. It is this kind of selfish attitude that comes from the right…..IMO. Always thinking about themselves first, never about the big picture. I will admit that the liberals don’t always get if right (no pun intended), but at least they try to look out for ALL instead of the few. I know some Dems who live in the Couv and they don’t work in Portland. They are in favor of the new bridge just because it makes sense for everybody, not just themselves. God damn republicans always holding us back…….. This of course is my personal opinion…..and if you disagree….you are wrong.

Thanks matt for the non spray answer. All i know is a 6 foot 230 pound man pinched a 5 year olds shoulder in a spot that clearly caused him pain. He did it over and over until the kid was screaming for his to stop. All because the dad wanted the kid to be quiet. I was standing beside them the entire time and the kid was not being crazy or over bearing. All he wanted was to watch some movie. I am sure it left a buise. Inflicting pain on a child is unessessary. EVER AT ANYTIME! IMO

Just like I would hope you would not tell me how to raise my child (soon to be children). My child is not out of control. He has huge amounts of structure all day long. He does have bounderies.
