gona head up green mountain and start off from tupso pass or somewhere to head up 3fingers on friday afternoon/ saturday morning. probably camp overnight in goat flats. who wants to join??

i cant figure out how to link the spot, but look up by spada lake, there is a road that is just south of vesper peak. if you guys have washington atlas's they wil have it.

thanks dave. i think i will try that route. anyone know what the condition of the glacier is? road 61 is off highway 2, it is only accessable with a capable 4x4, as the bridges were taken out. http://mapmachine.nationalgeographic.com...758227,47.90772 does anyone know a better place for maps?? thanks chris

i found some 244lb " work load " rope (9.5mm??) thats pretty new.. i was wondering if the stuff is strong enough to trust crossing glaciers? (i know im so cheap)
