Are there any cool coffee shops or bookstores, yoga studios, Co-Op grocery stores to hang out in on rest days other than the Strip?

Was just up there on Tues/Weds for a Prusik car to car, smoke is bad and sits in the valley. Smells nice like a campfire, but it's burning like no tomorrow as the wind was whipping in from the southwest. Lots of choppers in and out.

Burrito Loco up on Holman is great. They have pumpkin flower sauces and the best fish tacos....another place is by the the Boot and Cowboy Hat waaaaay south on 1st Ave south heading towards Georgetown...and speaking of, there's one there too, but I cant remember the name....as for real good Mex food, it sucks up here. I go home to my mom's for the best homemade tortillas and carnitas.....hehe

too little fat inhibits the absorbtion of vitamins and minerals from the food you eat. fats actually facilitate this process and man, you need them! of course, too much of a good thing can make you a lard ass. my .02........
