there is nothing worse than someone who can dish it out but can't take it. as if the last 8 years of verbal abuse and baiting by neanderthals was a sign of not being able to take it. and no, I don't consider being told I am a "whiny bitch" a relevant answer to my disbelief of the right wing new found fervor for reducing deficits.

Oh nooes! More socialism: http://www.thestranger.com/seattle/welfare-state/Content?oid=6686284

that's probably why retarded sport fans do the "you are a whining ass bitch" routine a lot. They get tubby and anybody who says something unflattering about their team gets the "what a whiner" treatment as if the critic were a weakling whose sexuality was in doubt.
-
don't you love the freaking meathead who appears to think that calling me a "whining ass bitch" constitutes a winning argument. Come on, that's highschool level posturing.
-
"Flapping Cunt" fits too. I rest my case.
-
because I always call them on their bullshit, like I just did viz the "reducing the deficit" drivel. the "whiny", "angry", "shrill" and other descriptives say more about those who write these words than about me.
-
am I also supposed to bend over while the fucker calls me a whiny bitch? fuckwit!

Never driven it at that time of the year but I'd be ready for packed snow and ice for much of the way. The Alcan is all paved (beside repair areas) but portion of the Cassiar are still gravel if you went that way as it is a little shorter (watch out for the windshield on that nice Vanagon, they seem to break easy You should consider riding the ferry since it's free for the driver through April. I suspect it'd cost you 3X the cost of gas to take the ferry.

the bicycle? It is so amazing that I sometime think it is fake.

Your silly dodge is prima facie evidence of what I am talking about. No credibility whatsoever.

Tea-bagging hypocrites in congress actually just indicated they wanted to cut subsidies for AMTRAK amounting to getting rid of it, but they certainly did not say they wanted to cut road subsidies. Same old BS from the dead-enders.

Are you expecting me to disagree with you at this point? We coulkd afford all kinds of things if we reduced our spending. I'd be a lot more receptive to a new mass transportation program if we weren't under water from the last ten years of spending. Except that you have no credibility when you insinuate that you want to cut the bloated war budget. Right wingers like you claim to have suddenly discovered that we shouldn't spend what we don't have but your good word isn't just good enough. When you actually make the proposal to seriously cut the war budget, call for ending unnecessary wars for control of resources, hike taxes on the wealthy to what they were under Reagan and indicate you want to get rid of the $400 billion charity given out to the pharmaceutical industry by Bush, then I'll personally think you may be talking in good faith. In the meantime, you sound like an opportunist.

do I need to go on? because there is a lot more where that came from.

Since it's Reagan's birthday, let's celebrate his use of terror: Contra Terror in Nicaragua: Report of a Fact-finding Mission: September 1984-January 1985 http://www.amazon.com/Contra-Terror-Nicaragua-Fact-finding-1984-January/dp/0896083128
-
and there is of course even more deliberate use of terror: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenix_Program

Cut the collateral damage crap, JayB. Everybody half informed knew that attacking Iraq would result in countless civilian death, as it did for the prior 10 year embargo. These are war crimes, which is terror by definition.

Terror including bombing of peaceful crowds is a tactic that has been used throughout time, including today by judeo-christians. You should consider reading some history. There were multiple parties using explosives in, say, France that killed civilians from '40-45. Clearly there's no means by which one can differentiate the various actors based on the ends they were pursuing if they all used explosive weaponry to achieve them. I fail to see how your answer addresses the fact that all culture/religions have used terror in the recent past, which points to your singling out Muslims as thinly veiled islamophobia.

as if highways on the taxpayer's dime, perennially bankrupt and bailed out airlines, etc .. had ever paid for themselves. At least with rail transit, Americans won't have to buy cars they can't afford.

j_b climb? LOL! The usual chorus of ad-hominem attacks by the goon squad is always a sign that one is right on the mark. Keep it up, morons!

"The primary message that the "Great Communicator" spread in soothing tones and often high-minded words borrowed from the Puritans, was that the enemy of the middle class was not the wealthy, but the poor. Reagan's welfare queen also featured one more important number: she was 99.9% imaginary. However, Reagan managed to sell this ugly fantasy not as a description of an individual criminal, but as a condemnation of a class of people. The conservative class warfare that Bill Buckley and the boys had nodded about in the steam rooms of exclusive clubs, became the accepted wisdom in the taprooms of Peoria. What was holding back the middle class was not executives and speculators pocketing millions, it was poor mothers getting a few hundred a year in food assistance. Americans became convinced – and still are convinced – that some vast pool of "urban poor" was draining the wealth of the nation." http://www.dailykosbeta.com/story/2011/02/07/893574/-Remembering-the-Real-Reagan
