Considering the web of deceit about the war on terror and its effect on the public, maintaining healthy skepticism of the official script seems absolutely necessary.

You are perfectly entitled to a favorite scenario but you should make clear that it is speculative because there is also little hard evidence supporting your claim (as far as I know). There is however plenty of valid ground to not take what is being fed to us via the corporate media at face value, despite the sheeple's claims to the contrary, so it is unfortunate that you should open yourself to criticism for pushing an alternative story without solid evidence.

False. I do not want more or less gov employees. I want the right number of employees so that government can play its essential role in the republic: enforcing the social contract (including civil and human rights protection), as well as conduct the research, development and building of infrastructure needed to pursue the policies agreed upon by citizens.

I was waiting for his family to come out and directly discuss the killing (instead of being told what they said through a Pakistani official) but AQ acknowledging his death pretty much confirms it as far as I am concerned. Although, I do not entirely exclude that AQ could be playing along because OBL having been killed by the US military is a more useful symbol to them than his simply being disappeared. why don't you losers make arguments instead of trying to disparage your opponents?

We have undergone more than 10 years of spin and counter-spin about OBL and the War on Terra because it was useful to strengthen the security state and justify resource-motivated military adventurism. For domestic consumption you are right, as nothing seem to cause most Americans to even pause to ponder the evidence, but it likely will be a story abroad if no further direct evidence comes out. One would think that making sure to have a coherent story that didn't reinforce the unease associated with total lack of evidence, or even provide the needed evidence, would have been attempted.
