Both glaciers, the Dillard and Hayden, are straightforward so long as you start early, steer clear of any holes, and ski what you climb if you're unfamiliar with the terrain.   4. If time is of concern you might consider reaching the col between n & m sisters and then ascending the n ridge instead of the se ridge; it's a more direct route to the top from pole creek.
