You obviously know very little about politics. You should see what the floor of the house looks like at any given time. Rarely does a congressman attend all the committee meetings, hearings etc. And rarely do they all vote on every issue. If they did this, even less would get done than is being done now. that is a bit diferent than becommign a fugitive to prevent the democratic process from comming to fruition...
