  1. Danish cookies are gross and if you transport more than two tins at once you have to stick the DOT placard on your truck about flammable materials. a real pain in the ass if you ask me. Yet here is this huge tin that was given as a "gift" to our office. Here! Have a coronary on me! Cheers dude!
  2. must be fun when you hit the brakes hard and start doing somersaults and stuff. that would be pretty cool come to think of it. Then you could start biking upside down and cool things like that.
  3. are danish butter cookies actually nutritious themselves or do they simply serve as a substrate on which butter and grease are transported much like mc'd's fries?
  4. yeah but don't you have to have something to turn against? would a handle bar let you turn a unicycle I don't think so.
  5. See you there!
  6. Thanks for the tips.
  7. Abilities vary widely. "SAR" can mean groundpounders looking for trufflehunters or high angle stuff. Most MRU's in the PNW have some decent standards, but there are certainly individuals who are not up to par for the demands placed upon them and unfortunately they represent the entire organization when they screw up. Some get wrapped up in the technical rope stuff and stop focusing on their own personal climbing abilities, or are way too safety-conscious since they are constantly exposed to the negative aspects of climbing. Such is life.
  8. I'm not looking for any thin XCR stuff, unless someone makes a really beefy coat with it. Price doesn't really matter. Just has to endure some serious brush work for a few years, with some good storm protection. The more expensive stuff seems to be the lighter, thinner stuff these days.
  9. so is that guy limited to perfectly-straight roads or what?
  10. Does anyone use this jacket and do they like it? Wondering about the triple point ceramic membrane stuff. I'm looking for a beefy jacket that can handle below-treeline bushwacking as well as the worst weather out there. Weight is less of a concern than durability. The other requirement is that it is red. Thanks.
  11. why on earth do office folks feel compelled to bring in cookie spreads to work around the holidays? my stomach aches!
  12. second.
  13. They make a good nut tool.
  14. They seem to be quite opposed to BD products on their website. Just an observation. I've heard BD can be quite trying to work with as a reseller.
  15. seems like a lot of weird stuff happening out there. Think I'll stay away from that place
  16. If you aren't doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about.
  17. I don't think Twight climbs in the rain, period.
  18. not if Ashcroft can help it.
  19. only the real dorks would catch it, wouldn't worry about it too much.
  20. Thanks Winter that stuff's world-class
  21. yeah Lambone be careful the choppers don't run in inclement Wx...
  22. your quote is from Admiral Nelson, not Black Adder.
