Anyone know anything about the plaque on the large boulder above source lake. It has 4 names on it. It has names and dates etc of people's birth and death dates. Did these people die there or were their remains spread there? I think the latter is more likely since the ages of three of them was well over 60.. Just curious

Nice Johnny, I wasn't even trying to hit on here Merely giving some insight.

Not to be a jerk but watning to be honest it sounds like more along the lines of you need a partner to guide you.? Showing the ropes and patient as you metioned.. They can be found for sure but many people are simply not patient enough to train people and would rather enjoy their short time in the mountains with someone more experienced as I do..
