That's why it's nice having an old pickup . I don't worry much leaving it at the trailhead or when I'm pounding through the potholes either. It's nice to hear when someone gets caught . They usually get away with it.
I did the Impropable Traverse last year. I agree lots of fun. I don't remember any 1/4 inch bolts .We just used natural pro. Three knifeblades on the traverse.First one sure was thin plenty of places for other pro also. Yeah maybe you should start a little easier Dan . It is a route with alot of exposure . I think the guide says 5.7. I thought it was really pretty easy maybe one 5.7 move. By the way my partner following on the traverse had my camera and dropped it . Needless to say my camera was toast.
Well just thought I'd throw it out there captain I don't expect anyone to answer for it anyway. It would be nice if someone would put their name to it . Maybe they have access to a computer maybe not. I know I'm not the only climber in the state just one with a little respect.
I agree with Donna . Why isn't any of the people that are changing the character of these routes ever defending their position ? The perpetrator should have more respect...I think thats the problem.
I thought skis were to designed to impact the snow...if you were skiing on the highway I might agree with Atomic. I'm with you I think they should honor thier warranty. I will not buy from Atomic now or ever. Ed
I hope for those two to come out unscathed however as the time passes it doesn't look good. I do get fed up with people getting in these situations. 1 or 2 years...not long, and to go up in such a lousy forecast. Just asking for it I would think. Hope they return soon. Ed
