  1. Dang! This isn't the trip report I was hoping to see about this trip. Heal quick; good luck in surgery! Hope to see you next week. -Richard
  2. Dammit! The world NEVER ends before my current project is due.
  3. Route info or other info. I've never been up there but some friends have suggested it as a possible place to head on Saturday. I'm not super excited with the avi conditions and have suggested the alterntive of Tiger Mtn. followed by beer and pizza.
  4. Has anyone been up around Guye, Lundin, Snoqualmie, or Red Mountain recently? Any good info about the conditions? Thanks!
  5. I have had a lot of trouble with boots being too narrow and I'm trying out some Vasque Ice 9000 this winter. They're not leather but they feel a lot more flexible then my old Koflachs. They seem pretty good so far.
  6. WHOO HOOO! I can add the rack simulator application to Facebook and share my rack with my friends...oh wait...nevermind...
  7. My climbing partner got a McHale's Super-Critical Mass pack this spring and I got a Denali. He's about 5-9 and I'm 6-5. We are both pretty happy, but if you've got the $$$ (actually $$$$$+) I'd go with Dan McHale every time. Everything was custom fit, choice of every option on the pack (strap size and location, pocket choices, material, etc.), and his "patented-all-purpose-pack-shrinker" turns a 7000+ pack into around 4500 in < 60 seconds.
