hansoloalaska Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Got on the standard in Mazama 12/27 and again on 12/29. It was fat and two full pitches of fun climbing, a solid grade 4 on the top pitch. Also mr. coffee and the percolator were both in and fat. The Bear was not in. These climbs should be around for a while with the current weather forecast... Quote
Rafael_H Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Was there today - Standard still fat and healthy. I just walked up to it, no gear this weekend, but looked more like a single 70m pitch, 3, but very nice. Forgot the USB cable so no pics, Monday. Goat's Beard is in... old goat beard shape, no Sourcerer beard yet, and will not be this season. Quote
Lhansen Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Curious if anyone has been up there in the last couple days? Is there any ice left at all after these Spring like days? Quote
briannabanana Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 I was up this last week. The Standard was thin and delaminating, but doable. Mr Coffee was wet, but in better shape. Didn't make it up to Gate Creek, but my guess is that it's wet, too. Quote
