Canyoneering Beta?

Yo! My knee is still jacked so I am thinking of doing a solo canyoneering trip in the gorge. I have heard of a few fun ones. Just curious if anybody want to share their experiences? Looking for a all day trip, some swimming, some mandatory gnar air outs, and if there is a harem of whores somewhere up there that would be good to know as well.
