Zermatt accommodations?

Doing the honey moon thing along the Haute route this August. We'll be hopping from cabane to cabane along the mountains, but looking for a somewhat decent place in Zermatt. Anyone head that way often and know of a good place with private rooms / views right in the town?

I stay at the Bahn Hoff cause most everything else is too expensive and the farmers do not like it when you sleep in their barns. Especially if you are a climber and they have sheep in there .

The Bahn Hoff does look great. My wife and I will be in Zermatt in late September and I was thinking we'd stay in Tasch and bus into Zermatt but the room price compares well to those in Tasch.

 

We're gonna walk the cemetery. Apparently it is "done" over there, much like our park walks in the US... The wife wants to, so I'll go, it's a small price to pay for dragging her up to the Hornli Hut for an overnighter... Originally planned to attempt to summit the Matterhorn but not this time...
