Vantage-Middle East Wall bird closure?

Does anyone have any current info on the status of Middle East Wall at Vantage? It sounds like there used to be a seasonal bird closure there (according to the old online guide and other internet sites), but there is no mention of this in the most recent guidebook a no current info via the internet that I can find. I'm headed out there this weekend if possible. Thanks!

I was there last week and saw nothing like this. Lots of pigeons though.

I climbed on the M.E. wall about a month ago - saw a number of other parties there as well. Haven't heard of any bird closure...
