This is one of the coolest projects I have seen on Kickstarter. Good luck to your friends, I'd pledge in a second if I wasn't broke.

He's doing really well, he's only 2,400 down, and he's got over a month to go. I don't think he'll have any trouble reaching his goal. I hope the company makes it!

Very cool! It's awesome to see a DIY design and manufacturing process that will turn out a very nice product that competes with the big guys. Looks as if the lights will be significantly less bulky than Petzl's offering if the production runs are like the prototypes shown.
