Trip: Cinderella Peak -

Date: 4/23/2012

Trip Report:

Due to snow I parked about a mile from Elbow Lk trailhead. Logs are still in place over river and trail is in good shape with patchy snow untill about 2800 ft. I left the trail at the first clearing where I could see the mountains. IMG_23301.JPG

I dropped down to the creek and was able to skin the rest of the way maintain a level elevation until I was in the Green Creek basin below the Mythic Wall, 2 hrs 15 min. From there I gained the ridge lookers left of the Green Creek Clacier and ascended to the summit. It was so hot I stripped down to my underware, lukily no one was around (I got fried). Made it to the summit in 5 hrs. Maybe the fasted summit in the Sisters range and no logging roads.
