Son_of_Caveman Posted November 28, 2002 Author Share Posted November 28, 2002 Just read this from a Seattle football fan, who read it from Clare Farnsworth's column: Forget the rumors and reports that Holmgren, the Seahawks' executive vice president/general manager and coach/offensive player-caller, has "confided to close friends" that he would be willing to give up some of his GM power with the Seahawks to keep his coaching job. The multi-titled, and perhaps maxed-out, Holmgren told reporters in Kansas City during a conference call interview last week that it wasn't an option. Looks like he not goin' down without a fight.
