Buckaroo Posted March 16, 2012 Share Posted March 16, 2012 Yes, I use these on my Sportiva Trango S cuz they don't have a toe bail. Work well and pretty quick. I did put a spacer on one of the rear side locators because it has a loose fit. When the boot is touching the rear locator it only contacts one of the side locators. genepires Posted March 17, 2012 Share Posted March 17, 2012 I had them on the original sarkens but returned it with the recall. wish I had kept them as they didn't offer that binding for the new sarkens. I really liked the spirlock when I had them. Used them on some WI (sarken points too long but binding works) and alpine ice here in WA. Both cases the binding worked great, I thought. not a fan of the sidelock as I am slightly stupid to make it work easily. Maybe I can hire a guide to show me how to use those.
