Ice is really fat. If it is cold and no new snow the approach is reasonable in boots alone.

I generally have Sun/Mon "weekends" so Sunday could work. I'll keep my eyes on the conditions when I return. Hopefully everything will still be in good shape. Have a great time all if you get out!
