Plaidman. Beacon. Right Gull?

?

What do I win!

That is one heck of a climb. Got heat stroke that day. Maybe it was from running out that last lead of 200 ft plus. I want to do it again when it cools down a bit.

Sheesh, that was fast. Yes you win a free piece of his gear, your choice.
Sweet, I'll take a beat to crap water bottle and gift it right back to Plaidman. :moondance:

ps, that cowboy needs a hat to cover them bald spotz! Woot!

Scott onsited the whole thing, having never been on that part of the rock. With the variations he took, 3 pitches, almost 400 feet of stout 5.8-5.9 Beacon crack climbing. With the heat and the dark rock, when I got up to Grassy ledges, Plaid was reclining in the shade and saying he had heat exhaustion. yeah right!

Great shots Steve! Woot! Looks like there is a missing belayer down there:-) Bet if I'd lose some weight, people would be less sensitive to belaying right underneath me. LOL

I think this is the 5.7 hand crack that LostCAMkenny has been cleaning. This route has some of the best cracks.

Where is that in relationship to the 5.10 pitch off the little pinnacle?

It's above the 2 pins in the 5.10 crack. There is a ledge above the pins and I built the belay there instead of below the pins. From the ledge step left into the 5.7 crack.
