Non-sage Dirt bag scams free (not necessarily illegal): food, camping, showers, parking, cans, dumpsters. Basically a scavenger, I mean gleaner. Several priorities including climbing: beer, drugs, cigarettes, women, movies, gets up when they get up. Spending habits are not prioritized. Experience level: too late now.
