As for that blog post you linked, it is so stupid I don't even know where to start but let's just say that the issue has never been a lack of "civility" in political discourse despite media propaganda to that effect but the fact that far right wing blowhards are given a huge bull horn by corporatists to incite violence against liberals and symbols of the state. If anything, this kind of exchange allows us to see who does the shilling for Libertarian corporocrats like the Kochs ,and sociopaths like Rand.
