Dustin B. Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Hi, I am Dustin Bise. Was just refered to this forum, looks like a great place. Anyways, I am from Spokane and am (trying)to learn how to climb big walls. I have climbed devils tower, some of the spires @ the catherdrals, freemount canyon, and all over washington. I am mostly here to make contacts and learn. I also love to flyfish, photograph, paint, snowboard, teleski, and all sorts of other "outdoor" shit. Peace. Quote
Dustin B. Posted April 8, 2010 Author Posted April 8, 2010 Oh and I do have some formal training as well as a WFR card. Quote
ThorDog Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Find a crag nobody cares about or the mossiest crack around and practice Clean Aid, first! There are tons of books out there, Climbing Big Walls, Big Wall Climbing: Elite Technique, etc. Find Corduroy Man's recent post, lots of aid advice! Have fun! Thor Quote
