Do you need 55mm or,the more common, 75mm 3 pin boots? Also, how heavy duty, ie. touring, moderate backcountry, etc.?

Very moderate, light duty track skiing for a beginner on some Trak NoGlides found in a free pile, so the shoes/boots need not be anything too high zoot. .

 

I'll check on the width (I forgot there were two) and get back to ya.
