framingmaster
I left my "07" EV 3 setup to air out after a recent trip for a few days. When I went to take it down one of the main red poles had split at the female end. Anybody know where I can get a replacement pole online, or a reliable fix for it ? Thanks for the help. DPS
Send it back to Mountain Hardwear and they will replace it for free.
Vickster
I'd say leave it for dead and get a hilleberg ;p
Bigtree
You can buy a nice carbon fiber set from Fibraplex here: http://www.fibraplex.com/tentpoles2B.asp
Le Piston
I once lost a pole for one of my tents and REI made me a new one for a very modest fee. That was quite a few years ago, so I don't know if they still offer that service any more. (never hurts to ask)
rhyang
Had some poles bend on my EV2 several years ago in a storm (should have dug it in / guyed it out better) and sent them back to MH with a letter asking them to quote for repair, and that I needed the poles back for an upcoming trip. They did the work for free and included some spare parts.
