McGinnis
I scanned through but couldn't find anything on who was doing the trail work at Broughton. Past the Hanging Gardens it seems some one went to work with a shovel. Well done! There wern't but a few different tracks present so I would imagine it's fairly new? billcoe
Sometimes it's just better to grab a shovel and help dig rather than discuss it on the internet, where someone is just bound to get pissed off.

Not someone....but a whole bunch of people. Every year Tony Holmes (access fund) leads a group of people with climb max as a sponsor. Last year they went to town on parts of the trail. Me and a couple others replaced a few bad lead bolts and a couple of popular anchors. If you want to help, it is usually in May.

hemp22
There is recent trail improvement there that is much more recent than tony's last adopt-a-crag. yes, the access fund trail work day does a lot of great work, and it usually gets posted here in advance - so I encourage going to those. But the work that you just noted was not from the adopt-a-crag.
kevbone
Mmmmmmm. It might be from Tim Olson. He did all the new trail work at the ozone.
