WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Olympia Bouldering

Any co-ords available Jens?, anyone?

If you tromp around the brush and deep backwoods in the Fossil Rock area (not near the areas where everyone climbs these days), you'll see what I'd deem could be some of the better bouldering in Wasington someday-

I'm guessing Jens info predates GPS ubiquity by a few years, but he might be able to give you a direction. Get some wire brushes at the dollar store before you head out there.

Estimated x,y, from a map would be fine Off. I've only been there once, and found the place very confusing (or maybe it was me)

On a side we refound this boulder, the thing was huge! I love the sketchy bolts on the top. Thanks for the hints!
