  1. Anyone out early today? Jimmy?, Dom?, anyone? Thought I might sneek in an hour in the sunshine before WRG later.
  2. That's some great stuff. Bet they could outclimb most of us while wearing the high heels. Well, if any of them requested it, I would gladly give them one ...... a belay that is

    Le Absinthe

Y'all haven't tried my home made carrot wine. Absinthe is a purring lil pussycat:P
  4. Ugh!! not a good start to the season! The doc couldn't see on the xrays if there is a break or not, due to the present swelling, just that the ligaments are all messed up. If what she sees is a break, it's a bad one, six weeks in a cast Tuesday I go back for further tests. Either way I won't be at the quarry for a while, oh well.
  5. Estimated x,y, from a map would be fine Off. I've only been there once, and found the place very confusing (or maybe it was me)
  6. Any co-ords available Jens?, anyone? If you tromp around the brush and deep backwoods in the Fossil Rock area (not near the areas where everyone climbs these days), you'll see what I'd deem could be some of the better bouldering in Wasington someday-
  7. Wow Frenchy ...... sneaky ...... I'm impressed
  8. Jimmy, have you seen the quarry by Black lake? I'ts the opposite side of Black Lake boulevard from the lake. I haven't stopped the car to look, but it's close to the road, and piqued my interest as I drove by.
  9. I'm thinking you'd have to trespass to Climb those Off?
  10. Duke, how far up Ellinor? 30 mins? hour?
  11. Jimmy, it is behind a fence, in a quarry. As you leave Tenino, south bound, follow old 99 under the railroad bridge, and it starts to head east toward the freeway. (not southbound 507) on the left of the road, I'd say less than a mile from the railroad bridge, is the quarry/gravel pit. Can you tell me where 'kalach beach' is? you feature it on redpointfilm.
  12. So, why is it ok to rappel from a 'weak' aluminum ring, but not top rope through it? Survival instinct would suggest to me that I always use the strongest point available, whatever I'm doing?
  13. I may be able to help out for a couple hours Tuesday. Post here or email if you need a hand with anything.
  14. By the way, if anyone does, I can drive.
