kevino Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 Please bear with me as this is my first venture into this area... I want to make sure my bindings get mounted right to my skis and I don't trust myself. I would rather fork over some money to make sure they are attached right. But here is the catch, there are existing holes in the skis (I bought them used), so who would be able to do this? Any suggestions? Idea on price? Thanks for your help. Don't know if this matters are not: Skis are Rossignol (some older AT style) and bindings are Fritschi Freeride. Quote
jon Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 Usually not a problem. If you are in the Seattle area World Cup Ski Service in Bellevue are the best around. Quote

Figger_Eight Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 Depending on where the holes are, you may not have much of a choice where they'll be mounted relative to boot center. The general rule of thumb is the new holes need to be a "screws width away" from the old hole. With the Freerides, you need to pay attention to the holes that need to be drilled for the front and the heel. Any ski shop will know this - make sure they have the right jig though. Many alpine shops won't have them for AT bindings. Quote
