Dear Super Sleuth,

 

Here in the Big City, we have a thing called "the phone book". We also have computers. Whitepage.com works just like a phone book. I spent twenty seconds, and had Pete's phone number. There are two Pete Doorish's in Seattle, but I assume that the one you wish to speak to has a 524 prefix.

 

Pretty novel sleuthing process? No?

Wow, thanks for the education McJizzy- us backwoods Skagitonians need some occasionally.

 

But perhaps I should have been more specific- see the edited title. It is usually a little nicer to email, rather than cold-calling people. But I guess you don't worry too much about being nice . . .
