It only serves to remind me of the theft of all the brand new products that these poor folks just experienced at FF. BTW, by way of support, my brother is getting me a down coat with the factory (on order now with Feather Friends). I wouldn't consider getting one new off of ebay or craigslist now, unfortunatly, I think some items are build to order only at the factory as someone sadly stole all their new stock.
