I can't find it now, but I had a Climbing or R&I mag this past summer that had a workout in it called 16 minutes of hell. Anyone see that? It may have been May Climbing... I tried the work out a few times and found it fairly affective. I was gonna get back into it through the winter, but lost it!!!

Don't remember the article, but it sounds like a "tabata interval" routine. Google it and you'll find lots of good 14-16 minute workouts that will kick your ass.
