G-spotter Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 How does minus 0.5 gully look right now? You can see it in the photo. It looks just like it does in the photo. Quote
Don_Serl Posted November 7, 2007 Author Posted November 7, 2007 Jmace and i just got back from zero gully, we climbed it & went on to summit sumallo peak, great shape, good times, look out for loaded logging trucks on the road and they are locking the gate now... so you had to walk the extra 4km or so from the gate? and, yes, it does look snowier than when we were up it the week previously. i love the photo of the crampon soles in the steep narrow section btw - too bad there wasn't 500m of THAT! cheers, don Quote
layton Posted November 7, 2007 Posted November 7, 2007 the top out at dawn was the most beautiful sunrises over the cascades I've ever seen Quote

Nope, we had a super secret gate bypass method Quote
cheamclimber Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 This might sound really bad but me and my buddy sometimes carry an angle grinder and a generator in his car when we go climbing. Mostly to get out if we get locked in! Quote
