anyone have any experiance with it? I have it feels more like a tingle and annoying then painful.

I have never had it, but it's an aggrevated bundle o' nerves along your metatarsal. M/C cause is your shoes are too narrow or you've lost your anterior arch. Try a met-head pad and wider shoes, ice it and see if that works. I imagine surgery on it ain't such a successful one, d/t all those nerves.
