I actually feel sorry for these gals. They are going through their crazy time (like many kids do) but they have to be scrutinized by the public every step of the way. Says something not so good about our society to be this engrossed by "stars".

what is awesome is the enjoyment people get from seeing them fall on their face.

Maybe since folks seem to admire these stars (or athletes or whatever) it makes them feel better when the idol fails at something so that the fanboy or fangirl feels better when they themselves fail.

 

Or maybe its just envy.
