Condition is A-1 excellent. No rips/tears fading etc.

Just streamlining.

This isn't the most recent model - will verify if the poles are US made. Stored properly in a cool basement.

Eventually will grab a 3 or 4 person single wall

what would you consider "a reasonable offer"? I'm in the market for a tent for a two-week float-trip in the Brooks range, but I'm not gonna spend more than $200 for it...
