yesman Posted May 8, 2007 Share Posted May 8, 2007 I've use the Exposure 50 for 2 seasons for everything from 3-day winter climbs to short summer stuff and like it. It's light, handles moderately heavy loads well and is comfortable. I wish it had two "side pockets" for pickets - also, the one it does have is small and you have to really jam to get 3 pickets it and since the pocket is made from light weight nylon it can tear (mine did). SFDonner Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 I'll second that. I've used it for BC skiing and as a general cragging pack and it's fantastic. It's light for the capacity and load-bearing capability, while still being made of a relatively burly material. I haven't had the occasion to carry pickets, although I too wish the little pocket at the bottom of the side panel was on the other side as well. Inset material (hypalon?) crampon patch is sweet.
