Alex Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 Yep, all manner of cheap sleds if you watch craigslist, but if you buy something that vintage (like mine, which is 1979) make *sure* you know what you are looking for and at when you buy, as you will not find many parts anymore for that kinda horse. gapertimmy Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 Not sure about up in Washington, but I bought my sled used off Mt. Bachelor after it had been used for 2 seasons. I was lucky to know the history of my particular sled as the resorts do thrash them, but it has been a great rig. I picked it up for $1000. So if you are shopping, it might be worth making a few phone calls to pickup a cheaper sled that isn't so vintage. Quote
