They contacted us back when we got a new copier and said they were our supplier. 2 boxes of useless toner later (we just needed to change it for the first time) and I finally know what this scam is. My last boss paid that for about 4-5 years till one time he asked for a phone book..... Turns out that there are many phone book companies, these guys have the little fingers doing the walking (it's not Qwest), he for sure had an ad, but they don't distribute that phonebook like Verizon and Qwest as it turned out, you have to ask for a copy.
