G_Man
Does anyone know of any good climbing along the OR coast and or close to the coast. Name of guidebook, website, etc Thanks, G's
wdietsch
G_Man, There is a new climbing guide out for southern Oregon, I have not yet picked it up myself yet however I believe there are some places noted you may wish to check out
Drederek
Saw the guide prev mentioned while in OR last weekend. Most of the coastal stuff pretty far south like Coos Bay on down. As I was in Lincoln city I was way too far north. But there are some nice state campgrounds down there so I'll be checking it out next summer. Good luck and tell us what you find! TimB
I think there's potential rock routes on the upper section of Saddle Mountain (northern Coast Range). I've done some off-trail scrambling there and saw a nice, sharp ridge that could be climbed with gear.

imorris
Better hurry before it starts raining for the next 8 months or so. Pretty soon the weather guy will give up on the coast with one forecast: tomorrow: 50 degrees, rain. -Iain
