I plan on saving the money ($28.50) for the "Alpine Hiking" lift ticket and hiking up to the base of the route. gertlush Posted September 1, 2006 Share Posted September 1, 2006 I'm not sure about the ride down, you'd probably be ok. Watch the time though, the chairlift stops running pretty early (like 2-3pm). Ponzini Posted September 1, 2006 Share Posted September 1, 2006 I'm not sure that Blackcomb is still open, the last few years they've closed it once summer skiing is over (usually early August) and only run the Whistler gondola in August and Sept....
