I'd love to work for a company called "Festac"

and I love how they look at the problem:

"Nigerian authorities, extremely sensitive about 419 crime, say the scammers are mostly from other countries, and that any Nigerians who participate do so because of high unemployment and, above all, the greed of victims."

Nigerians love to blame the victim as much as we do.

Katrina who?

Okay, that was a lame one. But what do you mean? Do you mean comments that other people are making *about* the earthquake victims? I can't believe I am asking this, but linky? I am dying to see what people could possibly blame these folks for!

The victims were blaming the government for a lack or response; inadequate food, tents, etc. Thought it interesting because of all of the "welfare state" tripe after Katrina.

I am a little confused. Blaming the victim would be people blaming Katrina victims for living lower than sea level (just like Fester employees blame the victims by saying they are dumb and greedy so they deserve being cleaned out). Not the victims blaming someone else. So, did someone blame the e-quake victims for living on the dirt or something?
