Hey several years back I was laugin at Larry about the same deal. The nice ranger explained to me how their new trash cans would reduce animal mess.

A couple hours later I was chilliin in the park and watched a crow land on top of the can. He looks around and cahs a bit. Then next thing was a snaffle ran out and dove through the spring loaded "anti snaffle lid" food starts flying out of the can and than out come the snaffles, everbody took their part and away they went leaving a big mess.
