I've come to terms with the fact that I am not an alpinist. My love lays closer to the warm granite of Squamish or Cathedral/Whitehorse in the Fall than the ice in the winter. Evidence? The still new in the box Scarpa Alphas AND BD Sabretooth poon's I've had since moving here 2 years ago.

Boots have walked through the kitchen twice.
