Dave_Schuldt Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 Take note!!!! Work has started on renovation, and this Thursday at 8 PM, the bridge will be closed until Monday night. Don't get stuck. Driving through Belfair or Shelton, is expected to be bad. Only car ferry is from Port Townsend, and it is small. Next closure is August 21, Sunday, at 8 PM. Not sure on length of second. Quote
Norman_Clyde Posted August 10, 2005 Posted August 10, 2005 If you have to be in P.T. early in the day, as I do, you can take the Mukilteo/Clinton ferry, then drive up Whidbey to the Keystone/P.T. ferry. Though this sounds like a pain, it is not that much more time consuming than taking the regular Edmonds ferry. I usually take the 6:30 boat to get to P.T. by 8:00 but on Saturday I will have to catch the 6:00 in Mukilteo instead. Quote
Dave_Schuldt Posted August 12, 2005 Author Posted August 12, 2005 The PT ferry is already over loaded on the weekends. It will be nuts this weekend. Quote
Macson Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 If you're familiar with PT....the ferry line was all the way to Safeway when a client stopped by this afternoon about 3:00. Also, this weekend is the county fair. Good luck. Quote
undermind Posted August 23, 2005 Posted August 23, 2005 Can you still walk out and fish from the HC bridge? Quote
