Alan
What's with people these days? I live on the third floor of an apartment building, but there are still 3 flights of stairs (ground floor doesn't count). My neighbours are young (twentyish), have no physical handicaps that I can see, yet insist on taking the elevator DOWN. The elevator is always waiting on the ground floor, so they have to wait for it to come up (it's very, very slow) before they can take it down. Thing is, it's the slowest elevator around, the stairs are right beside it, in fact, even closer to their apartment, and if we both leave our apartments at the same time, I can be in my nature loving SUV driving away before they hit the ground floor. What gives? I won't even take the elevator UP, unless I have more groceries than I can handle at the time. Sheesh.
catbirdseat
Why is it that when I go to the park to run, I see people sitting in their cars with the engine idling? "I can see lazy, fat people. They are everywhere."
counterfeitfake
I like it when I go to the gym and see people hunting around for the best possible parking spot, closest to the door.

I always shake my head when I walk by a gym full of people who have all driven down in their cars to pay money to sit inside on a machine that simulates what would have happened if they'd ridden their bikes instead of driving
