Forbidden Peak conditions?

Anyone know of current conditions on the East Ridge descent route (NE face) on Forbidden? Is it best to downclimb the East Ridge or take the descent route?

Do a search. You'll find a lot of beta here. Sounds like there are a few ways to get "off route" but it seems to be the best way down unless you carry over to the west ridge.

The east ledges descent is fast and easy. I plan to go down it when climbing any route on the mtn. I'd imagine it still has some fresh snow on it from these storms though.

fyi, I saw the east ledges from far away today. They still looked very snow-covered.
