Zorro Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 I'm looking for anyone who has intel on how to fix, warranty or heard of a c-clip that pops out of their toe piece on 2004 Naxo AT bindings. Brand new, first tour, and the toe holding 'wings' that are supported by a 1" adjustable screw popped out as a unit. The screw serves to adjust the height at which the wings hold your toe in place. At the base of this screw is a clip of sorts that holds it in place and I'm looking for anyone who has experienced the same issue- smart ass answers welcome Quote
K_Y_L_E Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 So far no problems with mine. They have held up great. Of couse they are still sitting in the box in my closet, but.....no problems with 'em! Quote
thelawgoddess Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 i don't have my skis here so can't look to see exactly what the clip is you're talking about, but i've never had any trouble with my naxo bindings. (aside from the idiot who installed them not knowing how to adjust them properly.) if you're in seattle you might pop over to proski or give them a call - greg or adam or whoever might be able to help you ... graupel Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 Call up the warranty folks. They are quite helpful in resolving problems. Naxo bindings are distributed in the states by: Backcountry Access 2820 Wilderness Place, Unit H Boulder, CO 80301 Phone: (303) 417-1345 Fx: (303) 417-1625 http://www.bcaccess.com/ Not sure if that part is simple to install, or if it is helped by use of a particular tool. K_Y_L_E Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 (edited) Are these the older ones (1st gen) or the beefier ones ("Nx01 NRS" on the side)? Edited April 7, 2005 by K_Y_L_E Quote
